1. CONTEST SPONSOR
The “Trip for 2 to Costa Rica Giveaway” (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered by Ontario Festival Group operating as Costa Rica Shores (the “Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, representatives, or agents of the Sponsor, its affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, and immediate family members or individuals residing with such individuals are not eligible to enter.

3. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins on May 1, 2025 at 12:00 AM EST and ends on September 20, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST (the “Contest Period”)

4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, visit https://ribfestx.com/giveaway/costa-rica and complete the online entry form during the Contest Period. Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Bonus entries may be awarded for sharing the contest on social media or completing optional tasks as outlined on the entry form.

5. PRIZE
There is one (1) grand prize available to be won consisting of:
Round-trip airfare for two (2) adults from a major Canadian airport to Liberia, Costa Rica.
— Six (6) nights of accommodation at Los Dolphines.
— Daily breakfast and select meals during your stay.
— Guided excursions including waterfalls, snorkelling, dolphin watching, a beach tour and local dining experience.
Approximate retail value: $6,000 CAD. Actual value may vary based on departure city and travel dates.

6. PRIZE CONDITIONS
— Travel must be completed by April 30, 2026 and is subject to availability.
— Blackout dates may apply including holidays and peak travel periods.
— The winner is responsible for any required travel documents (valid passport, travel insurance, etc.).
— The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and has no cash value
