Refund Policy

At Ribfest X, we strive to provide a great experience for all attendees. Please review our refund policy carefully before purchasing tickets.

General Admission Tickets Purchased at the Gate

Tickets purchased at the event entrance are non-refundable and non-transferable. All sales are final.

Online e-Ticket Purchases

General Admission e-Tickets purchased online may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be submitted no later than 24 hours before the start of the event.
• Refund requests received within 24 hours of the event start time are not eligible for a refund.
• Once the event has begun, no refunds will be issued for any reason.
• Service fees, processing fees, and third-party ticketing fees are non-refundable.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

General Admission e-Ticket Flexibility

General Admission e-Tickets are valid for any one day of the same event weekend. For example, if you purchase a ticket for Friday and are unable to attend, the same ticket may be used on Saturday or Sunday of that event, provided it has not already been redeemed.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued due to:

• Weather conditions
• Personal scheduling conflicts
• Travel delays
• Failure to attend
• Late arrival
• Changes to entertainment, performers, vendors, attractions, or event programming
• Failure to comply with event policies

Ribfest X events operate rain or shine unless otherwise announced by the organizer.

Event Cancellation

If an event is cancelled in its entirety by Ontario Festival Group, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund of the ticket purchase price. Additional details and instructions will be provided if a cancellation occurs.
