Established in 1989, President’s Choice Children’s Charity has been dedicated to helping children across Canada, and in that time has granted $192 million, reaching more than 5.1 million children. Since 2018, we have been committed to the fight against childhood hunger because we believe we have a vital role to play in providing access to good food and food education, ensuring all Canadian children can be, and should be, their happiest and healthiest – now, and in the future.
PC Children’s Charity is Canada’s top charitable funder of school meal programs, but we also reach children with a variety of programs after school, on the weekend and throughout the summer. Through a dedicated network of schools, and trusted community programs and partners, PC Children’s Charity is ensuring that children at risk for hunger have a well-balanced meal every day, and are empowered to take charge of their eating habits by growing their food knowledge – providing the daily building blocks to live their life well.
