Alliston Ribfest 2026 is back and will take place on Friday, June 5 to Sunday, June 7, 2026 held at PPG Park. Produced by Ontario Festival Group. We are bringing North America’s Best Rib Teams. These “Pitmasters” are ready to serve you and your friends Award-Winning, Mouth-Watering BBQ Smoked Ribs, Tender Pulled Pork, Juicy Smoked Brisket, BBQ Chicken, Smoked Sausage and those huge Beef “Dino” Ribs.

There will be a variety of festival foods like corn dogs, roasted corn, poutines, funnel cakes and of course to wash it all down nice cold beer. Plenty of activities Face painting, Marketplace, Artisans and more! Watch Live Music all weekend long featuring Tributes and a variety of local bands. Ontario Festival Group & Ribfest X are committed to eliminating all single-use plastics at our events, including water bottles, cups, containers, and utensils. We encourage guests to bring their own reusable water bottles, which can be refilled at our onsite water stations for FREE. All reusable water bottles must be emptied before entering event grounds.

FAQs

Is there a price for admission?

Yes. Ribfest does not use municipal funds and have to pay for the venues, including park space. The cost to organize a Ribfest is substantial and in the end we donate back to the community.

Are kids free?

Yes, kids 10 and under are free to attend.

Can I purchase food and beverages with credit/debit cards?

Yes. The majority of our vendors accept debit and credit cards including the rib teams, however, a few vendors may only accept cash. ATMs are on-site.

Are there ATMs available on-site?

Yes, there will be ATMs available for attendees who need cash for purchases from vendors or activities.

Are there Beef Ribs, Halal or Gluten Free options?

Absolutely! With today’s changing demands, we have a wide variety of meats that are gluten-free and halal. Most trucks have gluten-free BBQ sauce.

Outside food and drinks — including water, pop, coffee, fruit drinks, and other beverages — are not permitted, as Ribfest relies on food and beverage sales to help support the event and give back to the community. Where can I enjoy an alcoholic beverage?

Ribfest features an inclusive space where guests can freely enjoy their meals with an alcoholic beverage; just not in the kids zone. Remember to bring your ID if you are under 30 years old.

What other food vendors will be at the festival?

Other than the rib teams we have The Bloomin’ Onion, Poutine Truck, Ontario Roasted Corn, Funnels Cakes, Tiny Tom Donuts, Coffee Express and other festival foods. However, this may differ from event to event.

Does Ribfest allow pets?

Yes! Ribfest is a pet-friendly event, however, we ask you to please have your pets on a leash and pick up after them.

Is there smoking or vaping allowed at Ribfest?

No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted at Ribfest. Guests who would like to smoke or vape are asked to leave the event space to an allowable area outside the event area to smoke or vape. A stamp will be given for re-entry. This is an Ontario wide policy.
